In preparing my house for the market it was noted that the water heater was not up code and old. I contacted three plumbing companies—Lion being one. I scheduled and appointment to inspect and suggest. Carlos provided a thorough estimate and explained all steps of the way. He asked if there were any other issues and I mention a leaking hose bib. We scheduled the installation for the next day. The house is about 60 years old with pluming to match.
