Joe and Sam to young men who are very professional and knew their craft came and complete the installation of my new water heater unit. My old unit was 23 years old and it was leaking. Joe came first and carefully removed the old unit and replaced it. He was focused and very friendly. I felt good to have someone who was confident working on my system. An important feature is they are local and very fair with their price. Also I asked Joe about the price to replace my toilet, and he looked at it and said the toilet is fine just replace the gasket. We had them replace our water heater. Great service, communication, pricing and arrived on time. Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even offered to help me stack the firewood I was loading. I declined but I appreciate the willingness to go beyond his service! Modern came highly recommended and I would, as well!

I highly recommend Modern Plumbing Systems! They replaced 2 old hot water heaters in my home (main house and in-law apartment). Brian answered my inquiry the same day (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable price quote and suggestions to keep costs down. For the install, Joe and Sam were prompt, professional, courteous, informative, and they left the space in better condition than it was before they arrived.
