Also, special shoutout to the trainers Steve Parks and Steven Parks, who are somehow two completely different human beings despite sounding like a clerical error. One day I honestly thought management accidentally duplicated an employee in the system. But no, they are both real, both hilarious, and both excellent trainers.

Between the two of them (and the other trainers), you get great workouts, nonstop jokes, and occasional confusion about which Steve/Steven just ✨encouraged✨ you to do another rep. I still don’t fully understand it, but I respect it.
