I attended the Full Moon Sound Bath and Release Ritual on Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience! Sabrina was very welcoming and guided myself and other participants on a lovely soul-searching journey. Her voice was very calming and warm, the crystal bowls she played were very relaxing and vibrational. I felt very relaxed and also energized when I left. The studio is a cute little place, very cozy and inviting. Since it was more of a meditative practice, I feel like this would appeal to many people-no yoga experience necessary. It was my first yoga class and I was really happy with the class. I was stressed before the class began. I was able to not only be able to relax and let go of the stress, I was also able to relax my body and loosen up my body to a point were I felt so relax and calm. Sabrina was amazing, I can't wait to sing up for another class soon.

I made a drum at a class, & then participated in a drum circle. Both were uplifting & fun. The staff & the drum-making instructor were very warm, friendly & helpful. I will come back for other events.
