She started our session by asking about my concerns/preferences/etc., then told me her proposed plan for our session. Megan is the first massage therapist that I felt truly gave me a deep tissue massage as requested. She is so skilled! Before I left she also took the time to talk with me about her observations of where/why I held tension and some practices to consider in addition to massage therapy. I felt like a different person leaving!“

“Angie is so talented. Not only is she able to a deep tissue (first time in 20 years of getting massage I've ever had to ask for less pressure), she gets the nurturing parts of massage too. I like head, face, and ears and it feels so nourishing. Finally, she knows other modalities like Thai reflexology. I went to a reflexologist hoping to get more foot focused time but it was American reflexology which is much too light for me. I told her about it and she said, "oh you need Thai reflexology! I trained in it." Added it in to my last session and it was off the charts amazing. I was so endorphined out, it was better than any pharmaceutical. LOL. I'm lucky that I'm a regular client. When she has space, get in there!!“

Once you're checked in, they take you back to a waiting area.. the package I bought, I received a robe and slippers to change into, which makes the experience even better. They sit and talk with you about areas you would like focused on and what's causing the issue. During the massage, they make sure the pressure applied is okay and doesn't hurt. They will work with you to make sure you're relaxed. Afterward, or even before, they will bring you a warm neck wrap to relax even further and some hot tea. The Zen tea is the best!!
