“A good while back I set what I thought was an unattainable goal for my workouts. Shoot for the stars so to speak! Well much to my surprise I achieved that goal a week ago. I had pretty much all of the wrong ideas of how to get there so the credit goes to Dave Ruff. David with his knowledge and patience guided me through pain and numerous injuries. He challenged me again and again while skillfully ignoring my suggestions …..“

“I used to enjoy going to this gym, but last year, I got sick and stopped going. When I started feeling better, almost a year later, I attempted to go back to the gym, but my body was not cooperating, so I decided to go to the doctor. I started physical therapy and was recommended to not work out until I regained my strength and figure out what’s causing whatever I’m going through. I called to freeze my account until I got the green light from my physical therapist, but they needed a doctors note which I just did not have the mental capacity to do with all the other doctor appointments I was making. Turns out, to cancel your membership is easier than to ask for a freeze in your account for medical reasons. I was explained why that is but it didn’t make sense to me. I think as an adult, I shouldn’t have to show a doctors note to not use the facility that I was paying for over a year and not once asked to freeze my account before.Other than that, gym is very clean, staff is friendly, and the gym goers are all very nice too. They have drinks and snacks to buy, very clean bathrooms, I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. I’m bummed out I couldn’t work out anymore, even if it was more as a stress reliever than anything. But I’ve been enjoying just taking walks around the neighborhood. I’ll probably rejoin once I’m back on my feet and feeling better.“
