“We used to live 2 blocks away. Now we live maybe 10 blocks away and even though we have a cleaner down the block we still use Dupont Court. The two ladies greet me by my name . They also make repairs at great prices. My son's tattered tennis bag needed some sewing . George's shoe repair quoted $25. DCourt $10 or so. They don't live close by but are there 6 days a week. Another great thing is that they clean on site . Downstairs. Many cleaners ship out the cleaning.“

“I've been using Zips for some time, choosing to leave my dry cleaner of over 20 years when prices continued to go up or seemed arbitrary by type of item. I like the hours and I especially love that it is the same price for any item, and next day pick up. Clothes cleaning is satisfactory. Staff is friendly and attentive. Even with a modest increase in price over the years, they still can't be beat. I do wish they could add just a light starch to my summer linen clothing. But they only apply starch to dress shirts. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Highly recommend.“

I brought in a winter casual coat that I favor but whose coat pockets had seen better days. I went to one seamstress who stated nothing could be done to salvage the pockets. However, Mrs. Kim came to the rescue and performed some masterful stitching repairs. I am quite happy.
