I have been pleased with the quality of their cleaning and tailoring. They are expensive compared to other places I've been but the convenience and attention to detail are worth it.
Having lived in Washington, DC for more than 40 years, I can say with confidence that Presidential Valet offers the best dry cleaning and alteration services in town. Yoon and her team have removed stains that seemed impossible. When I needed a formal dress altered, Yoon applied her creativity to reconfigure the outfit to fit perfectly. The whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would put my finest attire in the hands of Yoon and her team. Just great service all around.
I really ripped up some suit jackets (don't ask how) and figured they were likely beyond repair. Glad I took them in to the staff at President Valet, though, as their seamstress was able to repair them like new. They were absolute miracle workers and very obliging.
