The lady is so nice and calm. She was so understanding and listening intently as I told and showed her the smudging on my white uniform. The smudging was a gift from zips after dry cleaning my uniform. The problem with the yellowish-brownish smudge was that it resembled burnt fibers. (Not sure if the uniform had slight burning, but I wasn't taking chances.) If they were burn marks, bleach wasn't going to help my white uniform. The lady told me she would try to get it out.And she did! Point is, this lady is very kind, personable, not rude at all! When she saw my face walk through her door she didn't even need to look at my ticket number she knew exactly what I came in...read full review
