They do such a great job and Amos made my day with his kindness, playful sense of humor, and confidence that they’d be able to clean/prepare our clothing in time for a very quickly approaching wedding! He was right! Thank you, Amos!
Have been coming to this location of Zips for a few years. The dry cleaning is good and inexpensive. The staff is always friendly. And the alterations/seamstress is very good and friendly! My only complaint is that sometimes my clothes or coats have come back with some lint or cat hair on them! But anytime I've had a major complaint about this they have tried to remove the cat hair from my coat, etc. So overall their customer service and dry cleaning has been very good!
Zips is great! I had some items there over a month (way over) and despite their 30day policy to hold your items, I'm happy to say I was able to pick up everything. Kudos to ZipS!
