I'm a little upset. I dropped off 9 pieces of clothing. Went to pick up the items and there was a ink hand print on my pants! Now, if I brought it to the cleaners and they couldn't get it out, I'd Overstand; but I didn't drop it off like that. This occurred while in their possession. Only wore the pants once. I'm grateful that the assistant manager took the pants back to attempt to get it out. If not, I'm expecting to receive the value of my pants in cash.
This is a fast serving Zips. The staff is very friendly. The only complaint is that I had a button lose on my shirt after I took a shirt there. But I have used this store several times and this was my only complaint.
Brought in 7 dresses before 9am to be pressed and got them back the same day. Alba, Lisa, and Veronica were so helpful and the dresses look great! Now I’m ready for my conference! Thank you Zips! See you again soon 😊
