Although prices may be a bit high, they offer great value compared to buying new clothes of similar quality. The business stands out for its kind and exceptional customer service.
I have been coming to Riggs Cleaners for nearly a year now, they have the best customer service and always do a great job with tailoring and cleaning my clothes. I highly recommend this business. I brought in a white blazer that was damaged due to dye unintentionally transferred to it. I thought it would be ruined forever but the owner did an incredible job a f removed the stains, brought it back to appearing brand new.
I had an amazing experience with this cleaner. I brought in two peacoats that were in really rough shape—covered in vomit and left sitting like that for about three weeks (yeah… not my proudest moment). I honestly didn’t think they could be saved.
But somehow, they worked magic. Both coats came back looking and smelling like new. No stains, no odor—just completely refreshed.
Super impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. If they can bring these coats back to life, they can handle anything. Highly recommend!
