I've been coming here since moving to the neighborhood, and Riggs is consistently the best! Tailoring has been done with high quality, and their feedback on my ideas for hemlines etc. was great. They just got pretty gnarly pit stains out of a white dress - looks good as new! Yes, prices are a bit high - but they consistently are lower than buying new clothes of a similar quality!
