Finally, I went to another local tailor and they quoted $60 (on a $40 jacket) for needing to replace all the zipper teeth. I waited a few months then brought it here. Though he mentioned it's possible we may have to replace all of the zipper teeth, he said he wanted to try with just a new zipper. A week later - voila!
