The Stain Removal Program is very interesting and insightful, starting with knowledge about fabrics to various tips and tried processes. The Intro & Advanced Classes for Dry Cleaning are a great course with extremely relevant information for today’s industry. It offers a great blend of classroom instruction followed by hands on learning. The staff makes attendees feel at home and welcomed. DLI brings the industry together, shares knowledge, and offers the best tools available. The course gives more confidence and is recommended for anyone new to or wanting to expand their dry cleaning and laundry knowledge. Overall, it is a great program by DLI.

My experience with DLI has been outstanding. As a new owner, the networking has been something I never imagined — connecting with others in the field through the Peer-to-Peer weekly calls has been incredibly valuable. Peter Blake has led our new owners group, giving me real support and guidance as I continue to learn and grow my business. On top of that, the education, resources, and overall support DLI provides have made them an indispensable part of running my business. I’d highly recommend DLI to anyone in the dry cleaning and laundry industry.
