“I visited this facility earlier this week and although it was a little hectic (seems they were very short staffed) the Asst Mgr was very professional and patient with us. We had several circumstances that made our visit unique and he patiently explained what options were available. He was also training a new employee and their pleasant demeanor was the only thing that kept me from being frustrated, as they were so busy and the wait was longer than expected.”
