I visited this facility earlier this week and although it was a little hectic (seems they were very short staffed) the Asst Mgr was very professional and patient with us. We had several circumstances that made our visit unique and he patiently explained what options were available. He was also training a new employee and their pleasant demeanor was the only thing that kept me from being frustrated, as they were so busy and the wait was longer than expected.
I went to the Clinton MD location today to take advantage of the Pair bundle. The location is biggerr than it seems and very clean. Isaiah and Ethan were very helpful. I made my purchase and look forward to working with them again. Very good customer service, noticeable when it was directed to me and other customers.
The customer service at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Clinton,Md was great. Mr. Norman Gardner was very attentive to the style of glasses I was looking for as well as patience. I'm big on customer service and Mr. Gardner gets a 5 star plus 5 additional stars for great customer service. Kudos to America's Beat you hired a keeper. 🙂
