I had an emergency leak. I wasn’t sure of the source. I reached out to a private Facebook group for local businesses requesting recommendations and Ken Griffin Plumbing came to the top from multiple people. Their automated voicemail told you the starting point for the emergency service which I appreciated because I knew what I was leading with. Anyway I called and George responded. He came as soon as he could (within and hour of my call I believe). He went right to work. Found that the leak was from my tub gasket not placed correctly and twisted. He also saw a few other things he mentioned could cost me in the long run and mentioned I should have them looked at as soon as possible. He was informative and knowledgeable and took his time explaining to me as I am a first time home owner. Ken Griffin will always have my business as long as George is with them :). Honest, communicative and definitely had Integrity!! Thank you for this positive experience!
Fast, courteous, knowledgeable service. Have had several major plumbing problems over the years, and I know I can count on Griffin. Again today, they came out right away to resolve a sewer blockage.
Eric did a great job cleaning out a clogged drain line connected to two sinks. After snaking 5 times failed he had to open up line from basement ceiling and remove solidified grease buildup. Discovered and repaired a leaking joint under sink that had not been glued properly when originally installed. Were neat and cleaned up thoroughly when done. Prices were fair. Highly recommend!
