“I called ahead of time to let them know my dog was wobbling back and forth. I was so scared as she never had anything like this happen to her. This was at four in the afternoon. They were quick and kind caring for my fur baby and me since I was a bit emotional from worrying. I am thankful for their swift care for her. She's home with us resting and the doctor asked us to come back first thing in the morning for some more fluids. And finally to receive the results of her bloodwork.“

“Edit: our girl is terrified of the groomer. It’s the other dogs that that are the issue. So sadly, we had to stop taking her and do it ourselves. Which was just ok. Fortunately Dawgs and Paws now has a mobile grooming service! Our pup loved it. That had a lot to do with the groomer, Ivana, who was very gentle with her and did a super grooming job!

“Capital Kitty takes wonderful care of my big cat with a bigger personality! At Capital Kitty, each cat gets its own cozy little kennel. The staff rotates through the cats to let them out individually to explore, play, and get extra attention throughout the day. They send daily photos and report cards, perfect for an anxious parent like me. The staff is caring, attentive, and communicative. My cat always comes home healthy and happy. I have nothing but good things to say about Capital Kitty and the wonderful people who work there!“

“My dog and I love District Dogs Shaw. He has only been going for almost a month and he always is so excited to go in for daycare! The entire staff is amazing, sweet, and provide great customer service and they truly care for every pet that walks in. Roxy and Marquita are always so helpful and kind during every interaction I’ve had. The prices are great and an appointment for daycare is easy to make. You also get to watch your dog play on camera! “Really love central barks and my dog is really happy there. The only critique is the return policy. I wish there was a return fee not a new fee. My dog was gone for 2 months due to personal reasons and once returning he was considered new. All the trainers know him so he isn’t new to the the location.“

“Today we took our dog Luna to the veterinarian, Dr. Logan Murray, and we had such a great experience. My husband and I live in Georgetown, and we had trouble finding a good vet for a long time — but we finally found DuPont Veterinary Clinic, and they were amazing.

Dr. Logan Murray is a genuinely kind and caring person. He treated Luna so gently and patiently, and Luna was very well-behaved thanks to how comfortable he made her feel. The examination was very thorough, and while discussing which vaccines Luna needed, he was extremely honest. If something wasn’t necessary for her, he said so and never tried to push extra services or take our money. That level of honesty really means a lot to us.

The assistants working there were also amazing — very professional, attentive, and kind. The clinic was spotless and very clean. This was our first time visiting, and we’re pretty sure this will be our regular vet from now on. Even the treats they gave Luna were great!

“I took my 12 month Yorkie to Dr. D for her first visit. Before I went. I read the reviews and some of them were horrible. I went in with an open mind and boy I’m glad I did. They gave me the best experience. The front desk staff were very nice, knowledgeable able, and welcoming. We went to the back to meet the Doctor and he was welcoming and nice. As he checked my pup he asked if I had concerns and addressed them. I walked out very pleased with our experience. Thanks to the caring staff we’ve found our vet home,“
