Edward helped me purchase a hamster for my granddaughter, and he was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to explain which hamster would be the best fit for her age and was incredibly patient while I FaceTimed with her to make sure it was the one she wanted. Edward was knowledgeable, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. His excellent customer service made all the difference, and I really appreciate all of his help. I love this store! We’re there once a week for fun and every Monday for training with Susan. ☺ Every time we visit store associates and the manager are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to starting grooming there soon!

The employees at this Petco location are all very courteous, knowledgeable & willing to help answer any questions. They carry a wide variety of pet supplies & needs and I was able to find everything I was looking for on my visit there. I would highly recommend that you stop by to check them out, especially if you're looking for some last minute Christmas ideas for your pets!
