A very quick response to A/C being out on a 100+ degree day. I needed a new outdoor unit and had it installed within 72 hours of ordering. The technicians were very friendly and explained my installation in detail. We have been using Don Hoffacker for several years and have always been happy with their service.
Highly recommend!!!
Extremely professional.
Know what they are doing (they were able to diagnose a problem right away the 24/7 emergency service could not).
Tons of experience.
Very friendly.
Honest.
Don Hoffacker's group is easily the best group I have ever worked with in regards to HVAC/Furnaces.
Staff is phenomenal.
Joan is great!
Adam, Scott, Carl, Angel, Yonsi, Donna, and Frank were all terrific/incredible!
They are excellent!
You will not be disapointed!
Different members of my family having been using Don Hoffacker's for years. This winter when my family's heat went out on a Saturday when it was below 10 degrees outside, Frank came by and fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Frank is very knowledgeable and helpful and he answered all my questions (even later over the phone). Frank also provided me with a quote which I used the next week. That next week, Tim, Mike and their team came by to install an all new HVAC system. They even cleared a path to where the AC needed to be installed through tons of snow to get the job done. I'd recommend Don Hoffacker's to everyone!
