I want to keep everything local so I called them up and they called me right back, scheduled a time, Arthur showed up and did the job and I'm very pleased and happy. “The guy working at Key Works was super friendly and carried the blank that I needed for the exterior keys that the other key insert duplication places such as Home Depot couldn’t do! If you are new to the area or just recently moved apartments, but the landlords are charging large fees, or won’t duplicate them at all, I’d go to this place immediately all over again, Especially for the price he does them at is relatively low.“

“I went in to get a duplicate of a key for my Toyota (which has a chip). The locksmith was not only able to duplicate the old, worn out key, but he realized that there was something wrong with the lock mechanism on the driver's side door. He took it all apart and fixed it so the new key can lock and unlock the door as well as start the truck. He spent probably 30-40 minutes with me, was very kind and the price was very reasonable.“

He showed up PERFECTLY on time, gave it a look, basically squirted a drop or two of WD40 into the mechanism, didn't make me feel dumb at all for not trying that myself (d'un, which I totally should have done, obviously), and didn't charge me a thing.
