“I have taken pilates classes for over 15 years at many different gyms/studios. I never felt more supported, appreciated and always challenged by an instructor as I do with Jenn. She truly loves what she does and has created a wonderful pilates community in this little “town”. I leave every class happy I came, invigorated (sweaty) and always wanting another! If you are new to pilates- Jenn is warm, welcoming and somehow makes even the most challenging movements approachable to anyone.“
“Absolutely love down under especially the studio, great location, and even better teachers“

1386a Beacon St, Brookline“Passion & Pilates is the first place I ever tried Pilates and I definitely made the right choice. I have always worked out (weights and cardio) and I have found adding Pilates to the mix has improved my flexibility, core strength and balance. My instructor, Michelle, is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient as she introduces new moves and explains what each one is designed to do. She is also a good listener and easily adapts my routine when I had an injury or limitation. I have also watched other instructors and see that they have trusted relationships with their clients. The studio is clean and modern. I always enjoy being there and feel great when I leave. I am so glad I found Passion & Pilates and highly recommend this studio to others.“

376 Boylston St, Boston“I've been coming to Pilates Back Bay for 6 months now and I love it! The studio is beautiful, well equipped, and centrally located. Heather C. is such a fantastic instructor. She is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. I look forward to our sessions every week. I highly recommend Pilates BB to anyone interested in learning classical Pilates.“

She’s an absolute expert in women’s healthcare, combining personal training and Pilates in a way that’s both effective and empowering. Her warm, welcoming energy makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and her encouragement keeps you motivated even on tough days. Laura really listens and tailors her approach to meet your needs, making every session feel personal and purposeful. I always leave feeling stronger, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!“

1 Longfellow Pl, Boston“This past Sunday I was lucky enough to come across a free Pilates class in the North End. Jill was the instructor. The entire hour was great! She kept the motivation going with her high energy, inspiring words and positive attitude! It was extremely humid but so worth it! I will definitely be joining Jill on the green again!“

16 Elm St, Cambridge“Bottom-line: Helena is a miracle-worker who truly pays attention to what you individually need. She also is fun, engaging, and not judgmental. I’ve been working with her for a couple of years, and she addressed the root causes of my persistent shoulder and neck pain. She draws upon several approaches (she is a licensed massage therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and trained in gyrotonics, among other things), and she has a deep knowledge of anatomy. It would not be going too far to say that she is uniquely skilled. She also creates a unique program for each person, depending on their needs — there is nothing cookie-cutter about her approach. Do not be discouraged if you need to be put on a short waitlist for a consistent appointment time - Helena will keep you updated and is well, well worth the short wait.“
7AM - 7:30PM
1305 Cambridge St, Cambridge“I can't recommend Fitlab Pilates enough!
I used to take pilates classes frequently and enjoyed it so much, but I ended up moving and eventually found myself unable to find a studio that I clicked well with....until I found Fitlab.
The environment, community and staff are very warm and welcoming upon entrance. The studio is beautiful, clean and spacious.
I truly enjoy the pace/precision of the reformer classes and the individuality of each instructor. You can tell each class is planned and operated as such but allows for modifications or changes as necessary. Details like that assure me that every instructor is knowledgeable and an expert in their field.
Coming here each week has felt so amazing and I am so happy to be back on the reformer.“

1318 Beacon St #12, Brookline“I have been training with Kathleen since she was at her previous studio so at least 6 years. I started with her afternoon mat classes but once I injured my back and was done with PT I started private training with her on the suggestion of my PT to help continue the progress and my rehab. She listened, moved at an appropriate pace for me and with time and perseverance my back is feeling better.I have stuck with Pilates training, even doing Zoom mat sessions during the pandemic as and this surprised me I love it. I see Kathleen privately one day a week and participate in a semi-private group with my husband on another day. My husband also does a private but with Larry… note he only started training as he wanted to see what I was so excited about and why I was fitting into my clothing better. The studio itself is lovely, light and spotless. You can tell that both Kathleen and her business partner, Larry (who is fabulous as well), really care about the space.“
“Sonja and the rest of the Pilates Lab team are experts in their field. As a pelvic floor therapist, we trust Pilates Lab with some of our most complex patients because of their therapeutic approach to pilates. They are not a one size fits all type of pilates studio. They really know their anatomy and cater to their clients' dysfunctions. We feel so lucky to have them down the street from us because we can't imagine sending our patients anywhere else! Thank you Sonja for providing such an inclusive pilates studio in Boston!“

12 Temple Street Corner of Temple and, Cambridge St, Boston“Swan is amazing! I've had private Pilates sessions at many locations around the country, and her teaching techniques far surpass any others! After years of practicing Pilates - both machine and mat - I learned form from Swan that vastly improved my practice beginning with our first class. She doesn't just take you through the Pilates routine - she teaches you posture, proper muscle movement, body alignment and techniques that take the workouts to a different level. I stand, walk and and do other workouts differently (and more effectively) now thanks to Swan's tips for improving my Pilates workout. If you are looking for a great Pilates session and techniques to take your workout to the next level, I highly recommend booking classes at LYON Pilates!!“
8AM - 8PM
1079 Commonwealth Ave, Boston“Pure Pilates is a wonderful studio. The trainers are professional and motivating. I have been training with Melissa for about a year and a half, and it's hard to explain just how much of a difference it has made in my life. If you've never tried pilates, this is a great place to start, and if you're a pilates veteran, you'll still be able to be challenged at this studio. The prices are also really reasonable.“
10AM - 3PM
70B Union St, Medford“As a dance instructor and choreographer for over 28 years, I know how great of a work out Pilates can be. It is perfectly designed for the dancers body, emphasizing strength, stretch and control, so when my Mom said she had started classes at Mind in Motion Pilates Studio, I felt that I'd like to give it a try as well. Let me just say, I had no idea the transformation that would take place. I had abdominal surgery that left me with very little muscle control. Not only has working with the Mind in Motion instructors increased my core strength, it also helped me regain control I had lost due to my surgery; control my doctors weren't sure I'd ever have again. I went to Mind in Motion hoping to get a bit of a 'work out' and instead transformed my body. Li has a profound understanding of the body and instructs diligently to insure proper placement, breath, and engagement. The staff is knowledgeable and motivating, the studio is spotlessly clean, and the equipment is top notch. If your looking to just 'exercise' then go to a gym. If your looking to learn True Pilates and change your body, then go to Mind in Motion Pilates Studio.“
“Love Solstice Power Yoga. Inferno Pilates and Yoga classes are amazing. You feel so good after class. Elaina, Kelly, Stephanie and the entire staff are great. And the retreats are FABULOUS.“

17 Arlington St, Boston“I am thrilled with my reformer Pilates lessons with Yelena Hindman at Boston Body Pilates Newbury. Yelena was actually referred to me by two other instructors who teach at the studio, after I told them that I was the type of ‘student’ who doesn’t mind working on perfecting a single movement for months, if necessary; that slow and precise, interested me more than fast and unmethodical.
At my first private lesson Yelena had me simply walk back and forth, towards her and away from her, for the first ten minutes, observing my posture and alignment. She pointed out a few things I could work on correcting and explained how I was over/under utilizing certain muscles. Her knowledge of anatomy is clearly outstanding, as I literally felt she could see through me.
Yelena’s teaching style is focused, precise, direct, patient, detailed. She wants your mind to understand and connect to the physical movement, as your body executes.
Yelena is not there to tell you oh what a great job you’ve done! Yelena is there to teach, and to help your mind, breathing and body, understand all facets of any position. A lot is covered in an hour and the pace is focused. I always come out with a wealth of knowledge. My plan is to continue to take private lessons with Yelena until i feel familiar enough with the machine, terminology , positions, flow; and then I look forward to joining her small group classes. I’m in this for the long run; not looking for a quick fix. And I want to progress and build on a solid foundation. In Yelena, I am confident I
have the best guide. She always gives me 1-2 homework assignments to work on in between sessions, and I appreciate this as well. She is not flaky or bubbly; she is serious, solid, thoughtful and an excellent communicator. It is a pure joy to learn with her. Thank you Yelena!“

The studio is beautiful and accommodating with all of the amenities that you would need post workout. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a regular place.“

336 Washington St, Dorchester“Really warm, welcoming space. Love the Palestine support on the bulletin board, and immediately felt at home with all the different mods & support from the instructor, Nicky. The class that was in on Monday was super kind, and made me feel ready for more. Incredible first-time experience— would genuinely suggest for everyone interested.“
6AM - 8PM
671 Market St, Lynnfield“Really liking my experience here. Conveniently located at Lynnfield Market with tons of parking. You book on their app, check-in on the ipad, pick your reformer and go to work.
Steph is an incredible instructor; she eats, breathes, and lives Pilates—and it shows. She is a fantastic motivator and highly entertaining. Most importantly when I leave class I feel good. The next day my entire tummy is on fire; not just lower or upper—the ENTIRE fleet of abdominal muscles are cooked. I call it delayed onset of muscle soreness. Steph is the best!
Connie (GM) and Becky have been very accommodating, and I am very grateful.
Book a class. You won’t regret carving out some time for yourself here.“
