I've been using her sample products for the last few weeks and I'm heading over to pick up the full size products. I expect to have a long relationship with the Spa and with Kerry. I was very impressed working with Joseph and his crew. He sent two of his folks over. The first scoped out the job to be done (which was key in this case as I incorrectly thought my toilet had a 12 inch rough in when it was actually 10 inch) and the second did the actual toilet replacement. Said replacement was NOT straightforward and he responded quickly to adapt. I’d use them for future plumbing needs in a heartbeat.
Our front door was badly damaged during an evacuation due to a neighboring fire. I first considered changing the door, but preferred to have it repaired since it's original to the house. I wasn't sure it cold be repaired, but Jacquson replaced the glass and moldings, and consolidated the door around the locks where it had been damaged. We are very happy with the results, and we are happy that we could keep the original door!
Dr. Gerow is very thorough and explains the results of tests clearly. Her office staff is professional and I love my new glasses.
Had a great spray tan with Karly. She let me know she would be in the next day, in case I needed to come back for any touch ups, which I appreciated, although touch ups weren't needed. Would definitely recommend!
The Best ! My poodle suffers with separation anxiety. The groomer is well accommodating and sensitive to his needs . No loud music blaring , no open exhibition windows. A calm soothing environment. I only wish human salons were this well thought out
I scheduled an emergency appointment here for a loose crown, the staff was seriously amazing, extremely hospitable , caring and welcoming. Dr. Brooks and his daughter were very knowledgeable, kind and honest. I really enjoyed my experience here.

I have been looking for a new Chimney Sweep having moved to the Newburyport area. I spoke to countless nearby options and found them all overpriced so I was delighted to stumble across Mark. He’s been in the game for at least 30 years, he’s a true craftsman, and his prices are incredibly fair. To install a new cap, fix a broken flue and redo the flashing was half the price of some of the competition. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Gus did a great job with my fiancé’s hair. Quick haircut with attention to detail. I called midweek and was able to book an appointment for Saturday morning. Shop is clean and bright. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!
My daughter and I have also been going to Lynn for over 20 years. She's watched my daughter grow up and definitely treats us like family. Her salon is spotless and modern! Lynn is accomodating, professional and kind. Her husband Chau pitches in sometimes and he is just as great! I would never ever get my nails done anywhere else. My daughter comes down from Maine to still go to Lynn. And now I have my husband coming with me:) I cannot say enough about Tokyo Nails.
My A/C went out during the beginning of the heatwave- I got 4-5 estimates. All of them except David of Professional Oil and HVAC tried to sell me a new system- never even looking to fix my problem. I got quotes of 15K, 20K, 25K- David resolved my problem within an hour for less than $300. He came and began to figure out what the problem, was a blown motor. Hallelujah!!! Honest.

I went to Elite recently for first time to have my hair shampooed and blown dry. I had a “ Carpal tunnel” operation on my hand and was not able to wash my own hair for a while. I had no plans to get it cut, even though it badly needed one. But once I walked in, I decided to get it cur, hoping that it wouldn’t look too bad.
In the last 4 or 5 years, I have been mostly trimming my own hair as my hairdresser who cut my hair for years retired!! I tried getting my haircut the three or four times over the years since she retired and was always disappointed
Anyway, when I met Christina, my hairdresser.,last minute, I decided to take a chance again.
I showed her a picture or two of what I liked and explained what I needed. To my surprise, she did a fabulous job. Evidently, she listened quite carefully, and she had skill as well .

If I could give them more than 5 star I would! This is yet the best place if you want to learn how to drive. Scott is GREAT! I was always scared and with my anxiety being through the roof. Scott was always helpful and reminded me that I was okay, he not only teaches well, is patient, teaches you everything you need to learn for the test to pass and helps you be comfortable with anything you might come across on the road.

We always have a great mother-daughter experience at Center Nails! They are always accommodating and have a perfect chair for little ones to get a mani/pedi.
Great service. We called and set up an emergency service to resolve an issue with our forced hot water radiatior system. Our tech, Shawn, arrived within 20 minutes and solved the problem promptly and without issue.
Service was steep for a 10 minute fix, but that's the cost of calling for emergency service rather than scheduling an appointment.
Will utilize Crombie again in the future.
