“The project involved a house that was built in the 50s. We worked with Eds team and redesigned the layout of the house entirely. All that remained of the original house was the foundation and most of the framing. McDonald Contracting basically built a new home.With regards to the quality of work my wife and I could not be happier. “We recently completed a home improvement project with Ace Home Medics (November 2023). Me and my wife would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to do a home improvement project. They did an excellent job and were great to work with throughout the process.Matt was great to meet with and review the project with. He had good insight and gave us advise and suggestions on things we would not normally have thought of. When it came to picking out flooring and other supplies he had contacts in most of the places he recommended to us and was available to offer advice as we made selections. From the minute we met Matt we knew he was someone that we could trust. His estimates were very reasonable and came in spot on. He stayed in contact with us and provided timelines as we were waiting for the work to commence.Throughout the project Tony the foreman was available to deal with issues that came up (as they sometimes do in older homes) and helped get things done and moving along. As far as the actual work we couldn't give a higher compliment to Steve and Scott (who did most of the work). Their craftsmanship was excellent and they took the time to explain things to us as they went along. They also provided us with reasonable timelines. Throughout the three plus weeks they were at our house they were like family and treated our home the same way as if they were doing work on their own home. Tim the painter was also excellent and extremely clean. Linda in the office who handled the billing was also great to work with and took the time to explain everything to us throughout the billing process.Thank you very much Matt and everyone at Ace Home Medics.The project turned out great. The kitchen is now the highlight of our house and we've gotten numerous compliments on it, as well as the bathrooms. If we ever have the need to have work done to our home again we would hire Ace Home Medics in a minute.“

“We worked recently with Carrie and Eddie to get ideas and tile for our front entryway and rear mudroom. After visiting virtually all the tiles stores on Tile Mile, we found United to be the best by far. They listened to want we wanted, gave us great advice and options, and were so supportive throughout the process. Our situation was complicated since we wanted quite different tile for the two locations. They helped us select a perfect porcelain tile for the mudroom which we installed ourselves and it came out fantastic. Then, when trying to determine what to put in the very small entryway, Eddie came up with the idea about using a few leftover boxes he had of quite high end Spanish marble tile. It was great quality and a wonderful fit for the space. They deeply discounted the price so it was no more expensive than the porcelain tile, and then threw in the grout and quick set concrete for free. We can't say enough about how good an experience we had with United. Thanks Eddie and Carrie!“
