“I am so grateful I found Boston Back Rehab Center. I went to Boston Back Rehab after 10 years of chronic back pain. Through a combination of dry needling with Fay, massage therapy with Yinh, and the Zoom pilates sessions I finally got rid of tension I'd had in my back for over 10 years. The sessions at Boston Back Rehab is the best solution I have found that has helped me alleviate my back pain. Thank you!”
“I spent a few months going to Boston Health and Wellness with elbow and wrist pain. Everyone there is fantastic and provided top notch care. My main provider was Caroline who was exceptional!”
“I have taken pilates classes for over 15 years at many different gyms/studios. I never felt more supported, appreciated and always challenged by an instructor as I do with Jenn. She truly loves what she does and has created a wonderful pilates community in this little “town”. I leave every class happy I came, invigorated (sweaty) and always wanting another! If you are new to pilates- Jenn is warm, welcoming and somehow makes even the most challenging movements approachable to anyone.”
