I have worked with Hinchion for years and always been very happy with their work and fast response times. They have put in toilettes, fixed and replaced pipes and put in a sump pump that comes on every time it rains, thank god! Recently, they came out to replace my water heater and did a great job and went above and beyond. They found that my exhaust into the chimney was blocked by fallen debris in the chimney and had to spend additional time getting it cleared and venting properly. I highly recommend this company they are honest and that's hard to find.

Recently we noticed a small water mark on the ceiling below where our toilet had been newly installed in the bathroom above. I contacted Mike and he got back to me immediately to schedule a next day appointment. His brother John came exactly at the scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (small leak due to wax seal issue). John also made sure to flush multiple times after fixing the issue to ensure the work was done thoroughly and correctly. Whereas I was working, John stayed and explained the full situation to my wife in a clear manner that was easy for us to understand.
