“Our basement bathroom got clogged and it looks like a messy job. I posted a job on a website and Andrew did a wonderful job to fix it! He was patient with my explanation and estimated the situation thoroughly. He explained his plan to me with a couple of options to fix it as well as the pros and cons of each one. I understood everything completely before he started the job.The process was just like what he said, step by step. And during the process, he gave me heads up about there may be a little bit sewage water flowing out on the floor, but he said he will prepare a large piece of plastic sheet to lay and stick it to protect the floor and wall from getting dirty. As a result, he not only repaired the clogged pipe, but also cleaned/wiped and disinfected all the touched surfaces. He is so professional and to detail as if he is fixing things for his own home.Thank you so much Andrew! Sorry this review is long overdue, but I didn’t forget about you!
