I've been in the residential and commercial construction industry for almost 30 years, and I wish we had people like Andrew that we could hire for our projects. He's honest, thoughtful, and a really good plumber. I've recommended him to family and he's also doing work at my wife's dental office. My only hesitancy in giving this review is that he'll get too busy and he'll be harder to get when I need him. In all seriousness, he's a rare breed and I highly recommend him.
Our basement bathroom got clogged and it looks like a messy job. I posted a job on a website and Andrew did a wonderful job to fix it! He was patient with my explanation and estimated the situation thoroughly. He explained his plan to me with a couple of options to fix it as well as the pros and cons of each one. I understood everything completely before he started the job.The process was just like what he said, step by step. Andrew was quick in response when I sent an inquiry about his services and availability. We then scheduled and he arrived on time and even letting us know he was on his way. We had one of the bathroom faucets replaced and kitchen sink faucet as well. Andrew even walked us through how to use our newly touch faucet and even showed us how to change the batteries. Bonus: We had one bathroom faucet that was weird where you have to turn almost midway before any water comes out. Andrew fixed it in 5 mins. Definitely in our books to call again for all things plumbing!
