Our basement bathroom got clogged and it looks like a messy job. I posted a job on a website and Andrew did a wonderful job to fix it! He was patient with my explanation and estimated the situation thoroughly. He explained his plan to me with a couple of options to fix it as well as the pros and cons of each one. I understood everything completely before he started the job.The process was just like what he said, step by step. And during the process, he gave me heads up about there may be a little bit sewage water flowing out on the floor, but he said he will prepare a large piece of plastic sheet to lay and stick it to protect the floor and wall from getting dirty. Andrew was quick in response when I sent an inquiry about his services and availability. We then scheduled and he arrived on time and even letting us know he was on his way. We had one of the bathroom faucets replaced and kitchen sink faucet as well. Andrew even walked us through how to use our newly touch faucet and even showed us how to change the batteries. Bonus: We had one bathroom faucet that was weird where you have to turn almost midway before any water comes out. Andrew fixed it in 5 mins. Definitely in our books to call again for all things plumbing!
Needed a new kitchen faucet, and while Andrew was here I mentioned a slow shower drain and a shower head that wouldn't come off. Andrew quickly scheduled the appointment and did a top-notch job on all of the projects. We were very satisfied with his work, and would recommend him highly.
