“Seriously the best service I have ever had. I called on a Tuesday, they showed up Wednesday and got my central AC up and running very quickly. They were very honest and up front with what they were doing, even showing me readings so I knew they were being honest. Price was better than I would have expected and… best part… they followed up with me several hours later to make sure I was still good and didn’t need anything else. I could not recommend this business more!!“

He fixed the problem and explained exactly what had happened and what he did to remedy the problem! As I told him at the time, if there was a 1-5 star rating, I would definitely give him at least 6! “Called yesterday, and Kevin called me back. We were having an issue with the AC in our office building. We had a tech out in the morning from another company that told us the entire thing needed to be replaced! Kevin however didn't think that was the case, and walked myself and my maintenance man through how to test and see what was going on. We asked if he would like to come out, and he was honest and said, do this first so you don't have to pay me for a service call. We did what he instructed, and everything with the system was fine! Its a perfect 70° in the building now! If you want an honest guy, call Kevin. Thoroughly impressed and so happy that he took the time out if his day for 4 seperate phone calls to help us! We know who we are calling from now on! 100% recommend!“

“I had new heating and cooling units installed by ECM a few years ago in the late fall. When spring came and it was time to turn on the cool air, one of the units had a minor issue and they came out and fixed it without any issues. Today, I had issues with one of my units and called them to come out for a service visit. While on the phone, they talked me through some steps to verify and it turns out it was user (me!) error. ECM taking 15 minutes to talk to me on the phone saved me money because now they don't need to come out for a service visit and made me a happy customer. Thanks ECM!“

“Cleghorn Oil has been delivering to me for 8 years now - I always get it delivered within the promised time frame whenever I order ahead.
Today, I ran out of oil overnight and they naturally weren't sure if they'd make it to me for same day service - seeing that a bunch of us unprepared folks that don't have automatic delivery and neglect to faithfully check our levels had run out as well.
I therefore understood if they couldn't make it - I'd just be baking all night long to keep our house warm!?
Well, Cleghorn Oil managed to squeeze me into their busy Winter schedule and came right on time. The technician was professional, courteous and didn't sound inconvenienced at all!
I am beyond grateful. I wish this guy the best luck in everything he does - just bags of money at his doorstep, wins on every scratch ticket, good health and the best of friends/family.
