Jaden just visited our house to help work on an issue we had with our kitchen sink. He was exceptionally professional and polite, explaining to my husband and I the different possibilities and answering all of our (panicked) questions calmly. He spent two hours trying to troubleshoot every option he could think of before telling us his best recommendation and ultimate diagnosis, explaining pricing proactively and transparently as well as what the next service will entail.
ATTN Female customers: My husband was on work calls for a lot of our meeting, so I asked a lot of questions to Jaden directly when he wasn’t around, and I appreciated how he took them seriously and answered them completely. **If you’re a woman you know the unfortunately common problem of handymen thinking you won’t understand what they’re saying and the code switch that often occurs when they’re talking to a man vs a woman homeowner. NOT the case here, and I really appreciated it!**

Have followed Brandi Irvine from her previous salon because she's the best! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She always customizes my cut and my hair looks amazing when I leave. Brandi is amazing with color - I've had highlights, to ombre/balyage, to full colors, including vivids (purple, magenta) done with her and it always looks great. She is also an incredible stylist and has done updos and curls/styling for multiple events for me, including my own wedding. Highly recommend Brandi!

They are as good as they come - professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. We live in Brockton, but we were more than willing to drive to Hanson, Weymouth, or wherever needed to ensure our driving hours were completed. We believe it's our responsibility to ensure those hours are done, and we didn't let our busy schedules interfere with our commitment. Now, after wrapping up today with a newly licensed driver in the family, I can confidently say that I will be sending my son here in a few years when he turns sixteen.
