“Dostal eye care has been the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Not only do they have a great selection of glasses but they also have amazing staff that can help you with anything. Dr Dostal is also amazing. He takes time with you and explains everything that he is going to do before he does it. I got special lens called neurolens which help with proper eye alignment. It’s been a world of difference! I can actually see clearly now!! The best part is that my migraines have decreased significantly! I highly recommend Dostal eye care!!“

“Today was my first visit to Vision Showcase. I’ve always bought my glasses through the big mall retailers with satisfying results. I have needed new glasses for quite some time now. My Wife and I were in the Hadley area so we decided to go to Vision Showcase and check them out, and I am happy that we did.As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Deb, the Office Manager, who was working the front desk. She immediately guided us to the proper locations for the frames that I was looking for. She even assisted my wife and I with picking out some sunglasses, offering her advice. It was super helpful and welcoming.Then it came time to sit with the optician, David. He is awesome to work with. he has a passion for what he does and I don’t see that very often. He explained the science behind the lenses when I asked about it. I left feeling that I had learned something, which I love.The real bonus; My old glasses lenses were destroyed and I was dreading having to wait another week for a new pair. David actually made my new ones within a couple hours. They were single prescription lenses and he has those in stock and he has a machine that can cut them.I was also impressed that they offered to cut new lenses for my old frames because the frames themselves are in OK condition. I didn’t do that because I had broken an arm on those frames and was unsure how long they would last.At the end of the day, it was an incredibly pleasant experience purchasing glasses from Vision Showcase. I also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses to match the prescription in my everyday glasses. Those will take about a week.I was also quite surprised with their fair prices.I like the fact that this is a local business that is not part of a huge corporation. Both Deb and David spent the time answering all my questions and I feel confident with my purchase.If you’re looking for a place with a huge selection of frames, fair prices and great customer service mixed in, then look no further. This is the place.“

“I had a great experience here. All of the staff was very helpful, kind, and patient. The eye Dr answered my many questions. I had a question before I went there which they answered and they were kind enough to get me in sooner than my scheduled app when there was a cancelation. Although my issue was linked to migraines, getting glasses made a world of a difference with being able to view screens. Would recommend going here!“

The staff were welcoming and informative as I was able to be seen in a timely manner. I was skeptical at first about their digital eye exam, I asked myself, how could this really work? Will it be worth it? Will I still get that one on one compassionate care? Short answer, yes!! The visit and care team involved both in person and online aspects. The team was able to answer any and all of my questions, evaluate my eye health status, and make any changes needed to my prescription lenses and contacts! I will definitely be going back for any future appointments needed!“
