TI actually felt like my needs were addressed and not jut hurried along like most opticians tend to do. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable about my glasses. The office manager Crystal was very accommodating, I plan on leaving my Optometrist and go to Target Optical in Holyoke Mall for all of my needs including contact lenses and frames.
