Great office. Dr. Balthazar is an excellent eye dr. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thorough with her exam and explains every detail in a way you can understand. Takes time n answers your questions. Staff very accommodating and personable. .
I had what seemed to be a stye, and a lot of swelling. Was able to book an appointment right away. Was seen on time (no wait) staff was friendly and doctor was thorough. Highly recommend Chicopee Eyecare
The whole team was friendly and professional. Even though they were training one of the techs during my visit it was still relatively speedy. Dr. Baltasar communicates effectively and puts patients at ease to facilitate clarification if needed.
