Was delighted they could fit me in so quickly. I had switched insurance and had not been to see Dr Ringenbach for over a dozen years, and he still had my old eye picture from 17 years ago and compared to today’s images. I will now have updated contacts and will put new lenses in my glasses. Front desk help was just fine, and friendly service all around.

I never write reviews but here goes nothing. I called around looking for an appointment. Everyone was 2-3 months away. I called Vision Associates, they fit me in a week and a half later. The lady on the phone was no-nonsense, no frills, no fake customer service voice. Appointment was booked. I showed up, and was given the clipboard with paperwork to fill out. Quick, easy. I waited a little bit in the waiting room. The doctor called me in. He was nice, pleasant, and professional. Update-today 2/23. I had a concern and the office staff was great and got me right in to have it checked,iI was not anything to be concerned about but Dr was wonderful and put my mind to rest ; ). Have been going here for over 10 yrs. Always respectful,helpful and courteous front desk . The Dr is very knowledgeable,has great up to date equipment,kind and patient.Larry was very helpful with fitting new glasses,explaining insurance benefits and costs.Highly recommend.
