Everyone in this office was great. My normal eye doctor was out of town when I developed a problem that required attention. From the first phone call to check out, the team was kind and professional. Dr Morin was good at explaining what was going on and performed the tests with ease. I will absolutely recommend them if you need a new eye doctor.
After checking out several companies, I decided to go with Inaugural to have a shower converted into a tub. I'm so glad I did! Demo was completed in a fairly short time. My installers, came and did an excellent job! It took all day, but they were so careful and meticulous with everything. Pipes were checked for leaks, caulking was completed very well, cleanup was perfect.
Had a little vomit mishap in the backseat of my car. Scott is really lovely and efficient, has excellent communication and gave me really good tips about maintaining my car. Not to mention he did a really great job with my car’s interior. Would recommend!

Ron removed some old knob and tube removed from my house. Not only did he do a solid job, his estimate was 3 times less than what another electrician quoted me! The final invoice of the finished work came in at his estimate. I will definitely use Ron Stevenson for any other electrical work I need in the future.

Been working with Modern (formerly Premier) for a number of years now to control carpenter ants in and around our house. They always notify us of upcoming treatments, are great about adapting their schedule to our needs, and will go out of their way to provide great service (spraying around the base of a carpenter-ant-infested oak tree free of charge, for example, or removing a large wasp nest that we didn’t even realize we had!). Had used A & J last year for a good sized project for our front and side yard and they did such a great job that we asked them to install a combination retaining and flower wall next to the patio they did last year. Jess and Art (and his crew of Bruce, Jeremy, Stephen) are easy to work with, and bring years of experience to the job. Very meticulous in their work and take no shortcuts. Susan is truly the best! I asked same day for a woman's hair cut, not knowing exactly what I wanted but knowing that this extra weight of the locks needed to go. Susan responded immediately. Upon arriving, I realized why she operates a bed & breakfast on the second floor- the house is over 200 years old and stunning with wooden floor & other aspects still intact. She has a beautiful & modernized salon on the first floor, and gave me exactly what I needed- a hair cut with some layers added and great conversation as well. Also, the hair products she used gave my hair a sine I haven't seen for awhile til now. Please go see her if you need a beauty service, or if you need a B & B get away- absolute sweetheart, experienced stylist & gorgeous atmosphere!
American Installations did a terrific job insulating my house and weather stripping my doors; it made an immediate noticeable difference. They also gave me an appointment MUCH sooner than MassSave was going to, but gave me access to all the MassSave discounts and financing programs. With all the discounts the price was great. The employees were efficient and very nice, and both the appointment for the assessment and the appointment to do the work happened even sooner than I'd hoped. Very happy.

My wife and I had a rupture in our water main. Walton, ACE's parent company, did the work to fix it, and we could not be more pleased. Wayne and his team were prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. They coordinated the entire job, including working with the town to get a new meter installed. Walton was also half as expensive as our other quote. They even came the next day to fix the cement in the wall and spread mulch and grass seed on the dirt patch left from the hole. It was all done in two mornings. I had no idea what to expect in this process, but my expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. I hope to never have an issue like this again, but if we did, we'd definitely call Walton/ACE.

It took me far too long to write this review and I feel bad about that! I started lessons in December of last year and passed my road exam just a few weeks ago. My lessons were scattered because I wanted to stick with the same instructors and I’m so glad I did. I have had anxiety about driving for over 10 years, due to a bad experience behind the wheel (not an accident). I didn’t think I would ever drive again but the time had come where it was a necessity and I couldn’t avoid it anymore, especially living here. My instructors, Joe B & Jack, were so incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. They gave me confidence I didn’t know I had or could ever have. Even when I stumbled because of another instructor, a different Joe, who set me back many paces mentally and hurt my confidence; they got me back up to where I needed to be. They could see my progress and how hard I was trying and I am SO incredibly grateful for their support. I seriously could not have done this without Joe B & Jack. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Falls and those particular instructors enough. I also have to mention the office staff was incredibly kind as well, especially when I asked to not be assigned lessons with the other Joe again. That type of care and consideration did not go unnoticed or without appreciation. Thank you, Falls, for helping me overcome my driving anxiety, helping me to a newfound freedom and for giving me the confidence that I could finally be a licensed driver at nearly 40 years old.
