“Yves went above and beyond working with the lab to make sure my prescription was filled properly. I came to Constant Vision 2020 with my existing frames which are unique and needed special drilling and fitting to change lenses. Even though my frames were not purchased at Vision 2020, Yves was more than willing to help and have multiple discussions with the lab to make sure things were done right. It is unlikely that you would get this level of service in a Big Box national eyeglass chain. Highly Recommended“

“I never write reviews but here goes nothing. I called around looking for an appointment. Everyone was 2-3 months away. I called Vision Associates, they fit me in a week and a half later. The lady on the phone was no-nonsense, no frills, no fake customer service voice. Appointment was booked. I showed up, and was given the clipboard with paperwork to fill out. Quick, easy. I waited a little bit in the waiting room. The doctor called me in. He was nice, pleasant, and professional. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and was efficient without me ever feeling rushed. It was very casual and professional. He walked me out, the office staff was busy on phone. He took my payment and receipt. There was no hard sell for anything. The visit was no muss no fuss. Everyone was accommodating, polite, and professional. I will go back for my next appointment and follow up.“
