The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The Optometrist professional, supportive and thorough. They use the latest technology and the choice of frames was great! I enjoyed interacting with everyone and am glad to support this local small business!
They are not my usual eye docs - but I had a semi-emergency (floaters in eye) on Labor Day Weekend, so I went to the Holyoke Office - great service, nice people. I don't think you can go wrong by choosing this place for your eye and eyewear needs.
Love the new technologies, the service is fairly quick and prices are competitive for many prescriptions except for kids and that's why I gave 4 Stars and not 5 Stars.Kids packages should be a little less costly considering how careless kids can be with their glasses.P.S. this review is based on the Holyoke Location.
