Since Dr. Erb’s retirement and the sale of the business to My Eye Doctor, the quality of care has bee quite variable. Much of the communication is handled on line,; I have never seen the same optometrist more than once, the technical staff changes often and the technicians filling eye glasses or contact lense prescriptions seem very new at their jobs.

Had my first appointment with them today and was a bit nervous. They put me at ease and made it fun. My technician was Christina, she was a sweetheart! I also had the pleasure of working with Meghan who helped explain the process and answered my questions regarding prescription safety glasses. They have a great, friendly staff all around!

This office gave me great service by replacing the lenses in my old frames. First I had ordered the new lenses which they were fine with...most shops would grumble a little if you don't get new frames there as well. Then I stepped on my glasses by accident: they were able to repair that immediately while I waited, no cost. A few days later I received a text that the new lenses were available. Upon arriving at the shop, they were able to transfer the new lenses into my frames immediately. Overall cost very reasonable as well. I was also provided with cleaner and a wipe cloth, cost included. Thanks, staff!
