We got estimates and Superior Comfort was by far the most reasonable. The new Trane units were installed within days and we were upgraded at no cost due to shipping backloads.The systems were installed in the winter so the AC couldn't be checked. In the summer a leak in the old lines was detected and Superior Comfort had new lines installed in a day. I have been around for a long time and can say with absolute confidence that I have never dealt with a more professional company in my life-from their sales force to their technicians. “Tim and his team was fantastic! Our hot water heater blew on Thursday afternoon leaving us with no hot water! Tim and his team were over first things the next day with an upgraded/better unit with more capacity than our old one and had it up and running in a couple of hours. After that, a short while later our heat for the house would not turn on and Tim’s team came back to our house, found what was causing that issue and got us running again!

“I was referred to Mathew Oil by my former oil burner serviceman after a local oil company my mom was dealing with, supposedly on an automatic refill schedule, left my 93 year old mother with no heat or hot water. Mathew Oil got a truck to my mom's house within half an hour and put oil in and waited for me to get to their company two days later to pay! Don't know any oil company that would do that but these guys did. I dropped the other company like a hot potato and my mom is now getting her oil from Mathew.“
