“When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered our questions and carefully removed the old heater then brought in the new one which was soon up and running. A quick call in the morning got us warm water in the afternoon! “Very satisfied. We’ve no heat on Friday morning and as a member I called Trust-1 Service. The answering service was friendly and helpful. A lady reached out to me shortly and got me into the schedule with Robby that afternoon. Robby was great! He came by early in the time window which I appreciated. He was very thorough and explained to me that the circulator pump of my boiler was out of order and needed to be replaced . Work was completed promptly and my heating system is working now. “I’ve been in buisness for over 30 years and this company is the best I’ve ever seen or used. I’ve had to call them 3 times in the last month to fix my walkin cooler, freezer and another cooler, not only did they come and fix the issues the same day, But I had to call them on the hottest day in the last 100 years when it was 105F and my walk in shot up to 58F and as you would normally expect a company to say “ we are booked right now we can’t come out until next week” these guys came the SAME DAY, late at night. When everyone is done for the day, their techs are out coming to fix your equipment. The techs are great guys, very smart. And as far as pricing goes, they are more than reasonable.. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to keep these guys all to myself but I felt I just had to leave a review as I am extremely happy with this company. I will be using them to install a new central cooling system in the fall.“

“I found A&G months ago when I was looking for heat and A/C service recommendations online after moving to a new home. When our gas furnace wasn’t pushing out heat one cold morning, I emailed at 4am as a brand new customer with a heat emergency in mid-January on a Monday morning. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go since it is a busy time of year and they had no history with me as a customer. I could easily see my service call being at the bottom of the priority list, and I wouldn’t even blame a small company for that. However, when I called at 8:30am for follow-up on the service request, I was happy to find out that I was already on the day’s schedule for service. Al and Tyler arrived during the indicated time slot and quickly identified the problem. They went out to get the needed parts at a local supply place, and my heat was back on within 2.5 hours of their initial arrival. They were friendly and efficient. I can see why they were recommended by others. I will certainly call A&G again.“
