Chase and Kyle came to our home for a safety check on a new installation. They were both very polite and informative. They made sure to wear foot coverings which was appreciated. We would highly recommend Beantown.

On time, very professional appearance, shoe guards, presented four levels of repair service which I found confusing, because I just wanted the best on. He said it would be a two hour job. Six hours later he left, and now the thermostat does not shut the furnace off.So, another service call tomorrow.
