“I called Kevin in a panic at the beginning of December, as we were getting new countertops installed and needed our sink disconnected/ removed prior to countertop installation. We had such a hard time finding someone to come out but Kevin not only answered right away, but adjusted his schedule to come out the next day. He worked with my schedule and was timely and professional. Kevin advised us on the quality of our garbage disposal as well as had alternative product recommendations for replacement. We were having a problem with hot water circulation and they came out the next day and figured out that the mixing valve for the tub was not working and the cause behind the hot water not making its way to the other faucets in the house. They shut it off, ordered the part, came back a few days later and now we have hot water again. Could not be any happier.“
