“Started off with their technician Emily, who arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment - so a big win right there not having to wait all day ... super knowledgeable, she fixed the upstairs zone in about 15 minutes and then explained that the lower zone was short on refrigerant and needed R22 (which is being phased out) to recharge the system and that she didn't have it in the truck. Well, I thought that was it, but 10 minutes later there's a knock on the door - the owner Steve is on the way to personally deliver his secret stash of R22 so we can charge the system so I'm not sweating like a pig on these 90+ degree days. -- Fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, and quick. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.“

We were having a problem with hot water circulation and they came out the next day and figured out that the mixing valve for the tub was not working and the cause behind the hot water not making its way to the other faucets in the house. They shut it off, ordered the part, came back a few days later and now we have hot water again. Could not be any happier.“
