Man, Roland was awesome. They sent him out to fix my refrigerator, and he knocked it out of the park. A+ work. He knew exactly what he was doing, got everything handled, and made sure it was right before he left.

Honestly, the best part was we ended up talking for about an hour and a half about life, family, and all kinds of random stuff. Felt less like a service call and more like catching up with somebody you’ve known for years.

Good people are hard to find, and Roland is definitely one of them. Refrigerator is working great, and the whole experience was better than I could’ve asked for. Appreciate you, Roland!

Called on a Monday morning because I had no heat and no idea why. He called me right back when he got my message. He came and fixed my heat all before 3pm. It was a thermostat valve that needed to be replaced. He had the parts in his truck. Reasonably priced. $175 just to show up. Paid about $400 for the repair. I was glad it was under $500

Kenny was my tech and he was great. Looked at my system and said my vents didn't need cleaning. He was honest, he could have given the vents a cursory cleaning and charged me $700.00 and I wouldn't have known the difference.

I highly recommend Better Air. They're very honest.
