HPU did what other outfits wouldn't. HPU was willing to work with us on a new home build in '22-'23. The design and implementation of the HVAC system was expertly done in a timely manner. Where HPU really shines however, is their customer service. They have been responsive and available whenever I've called with the many questions I've asked. Standing behind their installation is paramount in my opinion. HPU has proven that. Thank you for being there throughout the building of our new home.

The entire team at Heat Pumps is professional, punctual, and they truly care about doing what is right for the customer. The office staff is very pleasant to deal with and will try to trouble shoot issues over the phone/email and they return phone calls/emails in a timely manner. The certified service technicians also go out of their way to get the job done and make their customers happy. Heat Pumps Unlimited was instrumental in helping fix another local HVAC company's mistakes who only cared about getting the sale and refused to fix our units which were under warranty. A family run company that values the customer. I called and they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. I explained I really needed it sooner due to a trip. They were able to squeeze me in a few days after my call. On the day of my appointment it was the owner who and he was on time, pleasant, and took the time needed to explain everything to me. They will be my go to for any future needs!
