“My drive way has an incline and freezes. With last weeks freezing rain , it was bad. Of course it was frigid out and oil was low.
The delivery guy tried several times to get all the way up. Intake is on the opposite side of the house, to no avail. So he parked and blocked it and pulled the hose all the way back, in the snow, to make that delivery. Can't say enough!!

“My heat was not working right. My thermostat said the heat should be on but the heat would not turn on. I called john, he said he could be there today but near the end of the day like 4pm. He said he would call an hour before hand. That was great I did not need to stay home. He gave me an hour ahead call. He and his helper where polite, neat and efficient. I was lucky, he had part my furnace needed. It took about an Hour and half from beginning to end. My bill was reasonable. I could not be happier“
