edit: the owner reached out to me shortly after leaving this review and had an honest and open discussion regarding the situation and apologizing. While the initial interaction with the employee was not pleasant or positive their handling of the situation was. I appreciate the time they took to call and talk with me about this.Original post: One of their techs was working at wrentham village premium outlets and accosted my wife while she was wearing a mask. He called her a sheep and cursed at her for wearing mask. If this is the sort of staff the company hires and sends out to represent them I would be reticent to use a company like this

Our church had a gas leak and the service that Medford Wellington provided was amazing! Not only were they quick to come out they were super awesome at keeping me in the loop and working with the city to get our gas line repaired. They also came and took a look at our AC when we had a line that froze again super quick and great service!

I use Medford Wellington for all my CT and MA theatres ( approximately 18 locations for my east coast region. My region reaches down to DC and they are the best HVAC company I work with.
