Based on the reviews, TJ Heating & Cooling is described as prompt, professional, and reasonable. They were thorough throughout the process of replacing an entire Central Air system during a busy time period. Joe came by with a motor and did a great job, showing he is a hard worker. Customers describe the service as superb and have used them a number of times, stating they have never let them down. However, one long-time customer was satisfied with their work for years, except for the placement of some vents. That customer now has a system with a leak and has been waiting weeks to find out when they might be able to come out to repair it. The company has not attempted to set up an appointment, just stating they are in the queue. That customer has lost their business and is deeply disappointed.
Prompt, professional and reasonable. Sam & his team were thorough throughout the process as they replaced our entire Central Air system during the busy end of June / early July time period when most AC systems fail and their schedules are at their busiest. I cannot recommend TJ Heating & Cooling enough and will be using them for our HVAC needs moving forward. Thank you Sam & team!
TJ Heating and Cooling installed our central air conditioning years ago, and I was satisfied with their work except for the placement of some of the vents. However, my house is old, and maybe there was little choice of where the vents could go, so I was willing to assume they did what was best. Over the years, they have serviced the system, and we have always been satisfied until this summer. Our system now has a leak, and we have been waiting weeks to find out when they might be able to come out to repair the system.
