“Scott Witkum came recommended to us for hardwood refinishing, and we are extremely happy with our floors after their work. We had water damage and pet urine stains which ruined sections of our first floor. Witkum provided an estimate, explained homeowner insurance coverage, and scheduled the job. The floors were replaced in the worst areas and refinished in the other areas. The finish was done with a lighter color than the original, and last coatings were done with a higher grade resilient product to protect against water and scratches. It turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. The HVAC floor grates were added in the same wood finish which really look amazing. The floor looks better than new and we are so happy with the work. Highly recommend hiring Witkum flooring, they are very good to deal with and you won’t believe how great your floors will look when they are done.”

“New England Sanding was outstanding in terms of performance, timelines, flexibility and turnaround time. We had a very rigid timing window after we arrived to NH but before our furniture arrived. Sam was able to accommodate that and at a reasonable price. No upfront deposits, just paid them after the last coat.<br><br>The color, smoothness and glossiness (not too shiny/slippery yet very smooth) were perfect. We left the baseboards the old darker color and the sanders were able to go right up to the baseboards without scratching them. See before and after images.<br><br>Next time we need refinishing, no more shopping around: it's New England Floor Sanding.”
