Joe and his daughter were very responsive and informative. I had insulation work scoped out through MassSave and chose Merrimack valley insulation to do it. When it came time to the actual work, the crew of Dominic and Rodney made sure we were comfortable with what’s being done, answered tons of questions, even caught things that MassSave missed, and helped us get the most bang for our buck. According to the tests the crew ran before and after the job, our home is now 30% more sealed. Couldn’t be happier, I already notice a difference in heat retention

I contacted Cory regarding insulation work I needed done. He recommended I reach out to Mass Save which I did. After having my audit completed, I had my insulation and air sealing work done by Merrimack Valley Insulation. Domenic, Rodney and Richie arrived on time and did an excellent job! They kept me informed as the work progressed and cleaned up after themselves. My faith in contractors has been restored!! I highly recommend them :)

The guys who came to work on our home were professional and efficient. We were very pleased with the overall service. While they were there they accidentally caused a crack in our ceiling. While it took longer to fix than we would have liked, the company did come back to fix the issue and we are happy with their service.
