I go to Roza for laser hair removal and she is incredible. I've been going for a couple years not and I love going to see her - she's welcoming and warm and answers all my questions. The results are AMAZING. I've tried laser in the past with nowhere near as good of results. She is extremely professional and skilled, would recommend her (and do) to anyone who needs or wants this service.
Dr. Otto is the best. Been going to him 10+ years. Initially pulled my back wakeboarding in April or early May when the water was cold. All better now with help from Dr. Otto (keeping me in line) and a regular routine with my trainer (yes, muscles help too).
I was looking for a new hairdresser to change my hair and I found a list of hair places and reviewed each of them by looking at ratings on Google and other sources including ChatGPT. I wanted hairstyling and highlights (mini-foils) that would help blend he gray/white growth as my dark blonde/light brown hair (main color) grew out. I also wanted a more feminine look by letting my hair grow out some. Effie listened and did the main color a little lighter than what I had been using. She then added many mini-foils for brighter colors that would help make my hair look more natural and also blend the gray/white better as it grew in. I believe I spent well over 2 hours in The Beauty Room. A calming environment. I was also open to suggestions and Effie offered her thoughts about what would work best for me. I was ready. She also said that it would take a few months to get things in place as my hair needed to grow out more to get it to where she wanted it. What was most surprising is how great it looked after the first visit. I felt like a new person. I was told by friends and colleagues how great my hair looked and those compliments continue. My daughter and also a best friend of mine told me that my hair has never looked better. I also changed the products I was using on my hair based on Effie's recommendations and my hair is now the best it has ever looked. She is a genius that works wonders and I couldn't be happier. She is also a lovely person who is full of life, good energy, personable, professional, and just plain and simply a gift to anyone looking for a new look that fits you so you can JUST BE you.

I wish I took a photo beforehand for reference, but I had worn out the soles of these heels to the point where I could see the foam, and the heel tips were so worn through you could see the metal. The sweet guys in this shop fixed them up SO well!! I thought I was going to have to buy a new pair but not anymore. I also asked for a plastic, lasting sole and it looks perfect on my So Kates. Will definetly come back.

I have been getting my hair done with Sarah for over 20 years. I met her in high school and have stuck with her throughout the years as I cannot imagine letting someone else touch my hair. I will never forget the day I brought in photos of two video game characters and asked her if she could combine them. We had a good laugh and she executed it perfectly, so much so that it's the same haircut I get today. I went from hair down to my butt to a short asymmetrical bob. Lauren is the ONLYYYY person I actually 100% trust with my hair. She genuinely cares about keeping the hair healthy. I’ve known her for like 10 years now and she is by far the best. She’s nice and fun to be around and is amazing at what she does. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. She takes the time needed to keep their hair nice and healthy while also achieving the desired results. She is very gentle as well- no pulling hair or aggressive brushing. I've been going to Priscilla, the owner, for 14 years, since I moved to the Needham area. Prior to that time, I always had trouble managing my hair. One side would always "whip" out in the wrong direction. Priscilla gives me such a good cut that styling takes almost no time, with no more misbehaving hair. After wearing a bob of various lengths, I ventured to a shorter, layered cut which I love. Beth has done my hair on a couple of occasions when Priscilla was unavailable, and I've always been pleased. When I moved in with my fiancee three years ago, I needed to find new/local alternatives for many things, including a barber. After several failed attempts to find something that satisfied me, my fiancee suggested I come with her to her hair salon. I'm glad I did. She's been going to Salon Di Carlo for years. She observed that besides many female clients, the lone male hairdresser, Rick, had many male customers, too. I've been getting haircuts from Rick at Salon Di Carlo for 3+ years. He's a great conversationalist and, more importantly, gives me an excellent haircut every time. I have fine hair and a goatee. Over the years, I've heard, "Giving you a good haircut is tricky," numerous times. And I've had many bad haircuts as a result. Not so with Rick. He's a real pro. Salon Di Carlo is conveniently located in downtown Needham and has ample parking. The place is clean and neat, and all the employees I've encountered are great. Is it more expensive to get a men's haircut at a salon? Sure. But it's worth it when you get a great cut every time and like the person doing it.
Her studio is clean, beautiful, and relaxing! Great experience; and she has the cutest sweetest dog ever!
I would give Sculpture (and Jenna specifically) 10 stars if I could! I have been going to this salon for nearly 15 years and refuse to go anywhere else for my hair. It's a warm and welcoming environment, the hairdressers listen to your wants/needs, and are extremely thoughtful in how they tend to their customers. I go here for cuts, coloring, and even styling! Can't recommend them enough!!!

First time getting a Thai massage at Baan and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I did the combo massage (Thai, deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stones) with Sue, and it was both therapeutic and relaxing. She helped work through tight hips and a frozen shoulder, and was excellent at adjusting pressure when needed. I left feeling so much better. Absolutely would come back again!
The women in The Needham location are possibly the sweetest, most accommodating women in the world! I have had amazing experiences with Chrissy Connors, Lynne and Chrissy Martin! There is no other place. I would go to get waxing, facials, etc. I love Maureen and Janet and everyone there! Five stars for sure!
Had a major fail with a cracked main waste pipe (iron) from a 2nd floor bathroom. Called Needham Plumbing and Heating, Zack came, took a hard look at the situation and signed on for the repair! This was no easy fix, it involved cutting through the cast iron pipe and removing sections. All was encased behind a two story closed-in plumbing chase. He arranged for demo help as we had to remove the ceiling in a downstairs half bath. He upgraded the connections to the tub, re-set a toilet and made sure that everything was tight with no leaks! This was beyond exceptional work, done quickly with good communication and the repair will last another lifetime. Highest recommendation.

I Had Green Energy AC Heating and Plumbing Repair inspect My Air Conditioning unit today. Mohammed was the repair agent who was assigned to to my request. My Air conditioning unit is over 20yrs old so of course there are some issues. There are other issues electrical with that need to be addressed. Currently I am not sure what service I will chose but I like that I have opptions.

She is elegant and smart and well informed and pleasant. And she gets things done! She works as well with my contractors as she does with her colleagues and me.

Working with Narrow Lane has been absolutely amazing! From the inception of the project Jeremy, project designer and manager was outstanding! Jeremy was able to create a landscape design which embraced the natural elements of our property with an incredible boulder wall and dry creek, as well as redevelop the landscaping in front of our home completely. With stone paths and new steps approaching our large outdoor patio. Jeremy's team worked with precision and artistry in every boulder's placement. My husband and I joke about our initial call to Jeremy primarily to discuss both irrigation and landscape lighting, but we found Jeremy's expertise so superb that we contracted with him and Narrow Lane to reconstruct and renovate our entire property front and back! We look forward to Jeremy's return in the spring of 2026 for completion of our outdoor greenspace/plantings.

We had a very big job (tree removal, landscape design and installation, patio extension, built in grill/bar area, sod installation, irrigation) and they did an amazing job. We have a sinkhole that needed constant back-fill with compost over the years. Eventually, a tree grew in the middle of that patch. It seemed unusual; not similar to other trees in our yard, and growing very quickly. Dave identified the tree as a catalpa, which would pose a longer-term nuisance. He recommended removal so as to ensure the integrity of our property. Given its rate of growth, that recommendation came just in time. Dave has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that would benefit any homeowner.

This Veterinary center was very accommodating, clean, professional, well mannered and empathetic. We recently visited the vet and had to hear some tough news. They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. We just recently moved to MA from CA and will definitely plan for all our pet care here to be at Highland Animal Hospital and provide a shining recommendation.

I was referred to Healing Hands and Bodywork by nurse Tegan Guilfoyle from the Boston Lymphatic Center at Beth Israel, Boston. I needed a good lymphatic massage and I found so much more than that. I have been blessed to have had general massages and lymphatic massages in many different countries and from highly trained therapists from Thailand, Colombia, Brazil. Well, Edward has officially ruined all the massages I have ever had and probably will ever have....not that I plan on wasting my money in any other place. Nobody has ever given me a better massage. I have been working with Russell now for a couple of months. He is superb in diagnosing and working on my aging body to both improve flexibility and reduce aches. I have seen many of them and they all are wonderful. They each have a tremendous knowledge base and listen and understand how to help you the most -be it relax, recover or heal. Very Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Rolfer, Diana Phillips, for over two years now and couldn't be happier with the results and the benefits to my well-being. Diana brings a level of knowledge, skill and experience in Rolfing that is exceptional. What is truly special about each session is the warmth of personality, compassion and sense of wellness for the whole person that Diana brings to her practice. I can't overstate how valuable this experience has been for me.
I have seen Danielle for massage therapy, PT and yoga for many years and always recommend her to friends. Danielle is one of my most trusted life experts - everyone needs a good coffee shop, a good esthetician, and a good massage therapist. I've had a variety of weird body issues - hips, shoulders, knees, etc., and Danielle is all over it whenever we meet. She is so skilled and truly attuned to the innerworkings of the body. She knows her stuff!! Definitely check her out for any of your bodywork or yoga needs!
